How Does Education Promote the Mobility of Social Class?: Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2017

Education has been given significant responsibilities as a way of promoting social class mobility. With the development market economy, there is growing concerns about whether and how much more education can still change class. This paper uses data Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS)2017 to examine effects marriage matching on mobility; used multiple linear regression explore pathways specific individual change. It found that positive effect in improvement class, indirectly affects through personal income capital; also factor affect people’s but its limited two-way pattern. In response findings, relevant countermeasures are proposed increase acceptance mobility promote fairness for healthy society.
